We recently updated server hostnames, to allow us to enable secure connections to critical systems like: Control Panels, Webmail, POP3/IMAP, & SMTP services. If you have any issues with email connections, please verify your settings:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings
Username: Use your email account
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: phx02.remarkablecloud.net
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: phx02.remarkablecloud.net
SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
Non-SSL Settings
Username: Use your email account
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.gearth.com
IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.gearth.com
SMTP Port: 2525
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
For Outlook - Under "Outgoing Server", please make sure you check the option "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
